Scope
This Privacy Policy explains for which purposes, to what extent and how personal data is processed when you use the website at yazarmax.com and the content production panel ("Service") operated by Yazarmax ("we"). By using the Service, you accept the processing activities described in this policy.
Data controller
Your personal data is processed by Yazarmax as the data controller under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). You can reach us at wp@dizayn16.com.tr with any questions.

- Connection data: WordPress site address and application password (stored encrypted)
- Transaction data: credit balance, purchase and usage history
- Technical data: IP address, browser information, cookie identifiers, access times
- Ad measurement data: Google Ads and Meta Pixel cookie identifiers; when you sign up, an irreversible hash (SHA-256) of your email address
Purposes of processing
Your personal data is processed to create and verify your account, provide the panel service and connect to your WordPress site, manage your credit balance and payments, respond to your support requests, keep the service secure, measure the effectiveness of our ads, fulfil legal obligations and, with your explicit consent, inform you about product updates. The content you produce is not used for marketing purposes beyond providing the service.
Cookies
The site uses strictly necessary cookies to keep your session and provide core functions (such as login status and form security), and a preference cookie to remember your language. We also use the Google Ads (Google) and Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) measurement tags to measure the effectiveness of our ads; these services may place their own cookies in your browser and process visit and conversion information (such as a completed sign-up). You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; if strictly necessary cookies are blocked, functions such as logging in may not work.
Sharing with third parties
Your data may be shared with the AI providers you use during content production (only to the extent your generation request requires), with our SMTP service provider for sending email, with our hosting and infrastructure providers, with Google and Meta for ad measurement, and with the competent public authorities where legally required. When you sign up, an irreversible hash (SHA-256) of your email address, your IP address and your browser information are sent to Meta so that the conversion can be measured. The AI providers and ad measurement services we use may be located abroad; in that case, transfers are carried out in accordance with the KVKK provisions on cross-border data transfers. Your data is never sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes.
Google Search Console connection
When you optionally connect the Search Console feature, the email address of your Google account, a read-only OAuth refresh token, the Search Console properties you are authorized for and organic web search performance data are processed. Yazarmax uses search query, page, click, impression, CTR and average position data to build the performance view and the SEO analysis you request. Your Google account password is never collected, and no permission to publish or change Search Console data is requested. When you disconnect a site, its synchronization stops and past reports are kept. When you remove the connected Google account, the access token is revoked on Google's side and all site synchronizations tied to that account stop. With the separate permanent delete action on the same screen, you can delete the site's Search Console metrics, analyses and recommendations. The use of Google API data is also subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Data security
Your passwords and WordPress application passwords are stored encrypted. Access to your data is limited to personnel who need it to provide the service. Although reasonable technical and administrative security measures are taken, the absolute security of data transmitted over the internet or stored electronically cannot be guaranteed.
Retention period
Your personal data is kept for as long as your account is active and for as long as the purposes above require; after you delete your account, it is kept for as long as our legal retention obligations require. At the end of that period, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom it has been transferred; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request its deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in the KVKK; and to object to a result against you arising exclusively from the analysis of the processed data by automated systems.
